Comes with AM transmitter/receiver, two batteries, charger and parts as pictured. ( some extra rims, A-arms and series/parallel connectors)
All electronics work 100% perfect.
Two issues: a) the trim dials on the TX are missing the covers ( you can still adjust steering and throttle throws, though!, b) one tie rod needs to be replaced (see last picture)
