I bought this little Saito 30 new in 2000. Traded it off to an up, and coming young modeller. He flew the original airframe for some time. Then built this Seniorita.
He has since moved up to, ALL GAS. I flew it this afternoon, what a little gem. Destined this coming summer to training my, will be 10yr old Grandson. And Grandpa aswell, he-he.

One of those things, every time I seen the little 30 fly at an event I missed it.

Like having it come home after a long migration.

Cameron flys the simulator whenever he is down to Mama's, & Papa's. One day Arlene asked if he could land? I followed it up with, if you can land 3 times in a row then I will have to start looking for an airframe.
Christmas will be fun (for me!), as we set up the buddybox.

Brent, that is where we used the cylinder blankets most.(4 strokes)
We will leave this one for warmer weather. But Papa had to try it for old time's sake.

Pretty little bird Dale & flies well too! Do yourself a favor & put bigger wheels on it. It had trouble with take offs at our field when John flew it down here!

thanks for letting me rent the engine for a few years
one of the best planes i ever had !
i learned a lot about flying with the senorita
my guess is that it has around 1000+ flights on it
i think its neat that someone else will get to learn on it

wow nice! my first plane was a hobbico nexstar that was my favorite plane. its now in the dump as my second year of flying it crashed.... thanks spektrum! so now im a orange futaba person but whenever i get a chance to fly a trainer especially a kadet i love it!

Max, I was flying off of a distant drive to a pumphouse last week. The county cop stopped to watch, then nabbed a truck as he left. Things never change.
