ace's high customer service sucks.

i ordered a rc heli on the 9th of augest, i then got a email on he 13th saying it was shiped out then.

the gave me a tracking code so i can track the shipment, the code dont work.

today is the 28th and still dont got it, ive been waiting 2 weeks. and when i emailed them to short it out, I GET IGNORED.

and on top of it all, i can never get a hold of them by phone or email.

so i get a faulty tracking code, and no heli, and ignored by the company i have the felling i was ripped off.:x

I assure you, you have not been "ripped off" I do apologize I hadnt returned your email over the weekend. Since I had a death in the family. I have never recieved a phone call from you. I did contact Canada Post regarding the tracking number and it is valid but not showing in their system due to a cross over issue with products being shipped via EMS out of China. Your Helicopter that I have upgraded free of charge due the one you requested being on long back order has been drop shipped from China and will arrive soon. Unfortunately due to a hurricane in Hong Kong a few weeks ago the Airport has been backed up and packages were slow to getting sent out. I do think that the old forum bashing started a bit premature but I do understan we all have to do what we have to do.
I am alos watching to make sure you recieve your helicopter and I'm positive it will be soon.
