This is a Super Air by German manufacturer Graupner. 46 size low wing aerobatic airplane. Excellent for 2nd airplane.
61" wingspan, 580 sq. in. wing area, about 44" length, about 6 lbs. flying weight. Thick, Fully-Symmetrical airfoil is great for aerobatics and slow landings. This plane uses 4 channels: throttle, aileron (2 servos), rudder, elevator. The workmanship is superb: light balsa and plywood framework with beautiful plastic film covering (and fully decorated) but the best part for your quick assembly is that pushrods are made, in place, nearly ready to use. Control surfaces are hinged and pinned. Hardware included: wheels, engine mount (in place) landing gear, steerable nose gear, clevises, control horns, spinner, fuel tank. We consider Super Air to be a great plane for pilots who are beginning aerobatics and are very impatient to get into the air.
