PQHOR stands for Profile Quick Hell On Rails. I am building it to practice with before I fly my GP extra 300. They say it does pretty much everything except knife edge. Suppose to be a .25-.30 size plane and I happen to have an old .40 sitting around. The control surfaces on it are HUGE, imo. All of them are 4 inches at the widest point. It should be fun! I love trying tricky manouvers close to the ground and not putting an expensive balsa plane in danger! I should have it flying late next week, I am just waiting for a hitec flight pack to come in. More info about it can be found here, http://www.spadtothebone.com/SPAD/PQHor/

Recon,
I plan to make one as well, sometime soon. After you get the spad bug its hard to shake... :)
This new one looks like a winner! I cany wait to get my pizza box flyer back in the air too.

Ive built/flown 2 of them now. For what it is they fly fantastic! You can let it all hang out and not worry about crashing, as they are tough and cheap. People are building them with .25 to .75 engines now.

Kamlooper: On the PQHOR plans, the guy says he balanced it with the tank full, how did u balance yours?

With a full tank but a tad tail heavy, the fuse spine is on about a 3 angle.

Hmm, ive been talking to someone on the net who just recently built one and balanced it conventionaly and says it flys good. I think I will try that way first.
