I know I have posted this before, but I cant find the thread anymore. I was given these engines and have no use for them. What are they and do any have any value. Im considering putting them up on ebay.

The one on the upper right could be an early Thimble Drome (Cox .049). I reminds me of the Space Hopper free flight engine they marketed early on. If it is, don't sell it at a garage sale. The two on the right seem to be Cub .049 models. They aren't in such great demand, but some individuals will be interested. The last one seems to be a generic Cox engine maybe an .020 or even .010, but I really don't know. By all means, be sure to get the largest buyer market you can find, because you should be able to find some people who are interested in these.

I just found out that the one on the upper left is a cox thermal hopper. There is one on ebay right now for $25 american, and there is still 4 days left in the auction. Although that one comes with the original mount. Do you think ebay would be a good spot for these engines? I might keep the 020 just because it is so small, lol. But the one I really want to sell the the thermal hopper.

Hi recon:

Would accept 5$ plus shipping for one of the two OK Cub 049 (lower right).

I am in Montreal.

Bye,

Hey Brady,

The thermal hopper is worth at least $45 to $60 US so dont let it go for less.

The cubs on ebay you would see maybe $10 each, MAYBE more but its hit or miss. I sent you the tanks for them a long time ago...
