The cost of combat gets higher

Well, I just had two receivers checked out and they are both NFG and 1 crystal. When first hooked up to the scope, one Rx worked fine, I said it didn't for me, then Ron tapped it and it didn't work and then it did. If it had worked for me initially, I wouldn't have questioned it and it could have toasted a plane.

The other Rx was giving a negative pulse, which totally confused Ron. Said it wasn't normal.

Oh well, it won't discourage my combat flying. Part of the price I guess.

wrap them with the vibration foam plus more protection if you can. I toasted one last year; though HITEC did replace them. Because I'm using 555's in combat the are small enough to accept lots of wrapping stuff for protection
