I would like to replace the Bing on my ZDZ with a Walbro. Could anyone tell me the adequate model # for the Walbro and where I can find one.
(I have nothing against the Bing. It is just that it is badly messed up and I want to replace it with a more common carb)

If the price RC showcase want for the Walbro is too high, get the carb model no from them and try your local two stroke repair place.Walbro carbs are precision instruments but they are a made by the millions,in many sizes and types ,mostly in Mexico.
Lots of two stroke repair places have a bucket of old carbs taken from worn out saws etc that can be adapted or will fit your engine.Rebuid kits are available too........

is the main web site........maybe you can chase down a dealer etc near youl.........

I agree - a new Walbro from a saw shop (for a 60cc to 80cc engine, something like an SDC80) will cost upwards of $120. Look for a well established shop that will have used carbs, often sell them for $20 or around there...
