Looks like Chatham’s Scale event is on the move. Apparently at the last meeting it was decided to accept the invitation from the Chatham-Kent airport to host out event there. While this pleased most at the meeting there were some who expressed misgivings about the move. All the details have to be worked out especially the wine and cheese party and over night camping. there has been a suggestion that there could be a full size aircraft static display. Apparently the airport would be shut down for the 2 days of the event. It is by no means written in blood but it looks like this may happen barring any major hurdles. Go to the Chatham web site to see a picture of the airport. www.chathamaeronauts.com

Wow!
Looks like a nice site, can't wait to visit again. Change is good, but please keep the friendly "down-home-style" atmosphere, that doesn't need to change. 8)

Boy heres how trouble starts
I was having coffee this AM with the locals at Timmys and our remain nameless chairman of the Chatham Aeronauts, (John Smith), gave me prober you know what for posting a notice on RCCanada stating that I was not in favour of the moving the Scale event to the Chatham Airport.
As I seem to be getting more forgetful as I advance in time I could not remember what I wrote so all I could do was look sorry and ask for forgiveness. Imagine my supprise when I got home and checked my post and found out that I never said that of which I was being accused.
So John, here a great big raspberry for you :lick: phettttttttttt! This is how forum wars start.
The only apology I will accept is a a large black and an everything bagle, toasted with butter.
