Have undergone delicate operation and will now pay $175 plus first class insured postage. I am new to this network so how do I pay and how do I get redress if the radio is NFG, I'm sure it will not be.

Note: I intend to use the radio for aircraft, please verify that it is legal or can be with a crystal change.

OPTIONS:

1. I could send a cheque, how much including postage?
2. Do you take charge cards?
3. I understand that e-mailing of funds is now possible but have never done it. Have you?

Where is the radio? if in Toronto I could meet in person for the deal.
