I have a Triton charger and i was wondering how long it should take to charge a 2 cell 7.4 1200mAh lipo pack. 40min 1hr ????

You can safely do a 1C charge (1.2 Ah in your case) on a lipo...so 1 about 1 hour from a complete discharge.
