Hinge seal solutions

If you guys don't use monokote to seal your hinge gaps, what are you using?

I bought some of this Dave Brown stuff and found it terrible to work with.

I just did a silk and dope job so I need something clear so the colour shows thru.

3M clear tape.about an inch wide and works excellent.or magic tape.i buy it at staples or walmart :wink: another that i like using is some of the sticky covering strips from my lhs,it comes in different colors though.but take a walk through staples,there are alot of clear tapes in many different widths

We use a 3M clear vinyl tape that is marked decorate and repair. It remains flexible and lasts for awhile. The vinyl works better.
