Why no Downthrust/Righthrust in BUHOR?

I'm building a Buhor and realized it dosen't call for any down or right thrust. I prefer to have this. Has anyone added thrust to their BUHOR and how much was needed. I'm thinking 3degrees down and 3 degrees right.

The plans dont call for any. Just trim it out and it will be fine.
