newbie: how to use pull start on t-maxx

I just bought a t-maxx of the bay and it was converted from ez start to pull start. How do you operate the pull start. Thanks.

I dont want to sound like a smart ass but you just put a glow driver on the glow plug and pull the little handle.

Does the motor prime itself when you pull the handle and how far out should you pull the handle. Thanks.

You can prime the engine by pulling the engine over and holding your finger over the exhaust tip.(a couple pulls should do it).
Just pull the cord out slow to find out how far it comes out and then when you try to start it try not to pull it farther than that.
Personally i would try to buy a EZ start set up off of ebay they are so convenient.

Thanks! The truck came with the EZ start system so if I don't like the pull start I will hook up the EZstart.
