Hello

Where could I buy a new tail boom for an older Concept 30 heli ?
Any help much appreciated.

You may have to consider upgrading to nuxus parts.

Yeah,

Thats what I did was to upgrade to the Nexus tail.

Some would say that is a downgrade......the c30 was a better heli imo.

I have a complete concept 30 (spare parts) for my Nexus.

So far I did not have to put one single part Into my Nexus...and it still flies like it is on rails.

It's not that cheap, if it thaught me how to fly heli, (DOING what it was designed to do)...LEARN ON IT AS A TRAINER HELI.

Why is it Kyosho stoped producing parts for those two helicopters, I really liked the concept 30 and now enjoy my Nexus. Even replacing the main blades would be a challenge as i don't know where we can find them anymore...

Thanks for posting the pics. Do you know if the Nexus canopy would fit the Concept frame? or vice versa??

The concept came out in the early 90's and the Nexus after that.

These helicopters were both out for many years before being replaced by a newer model.

Nexus canopie will not fit the concept, and vice versa,
lenght and screw holes are not the same, however, it could be made to fit by a little modification.
Not sure if the concept is long enouth though.

I did find a canopy for a Concept 30 DX that I believe will fit.

cassat, would you be interested in buying my concept 30, the whole thing. it would give you lots of spare parts.
I am working out a deal with someone for a lot of nexus parts for mine.

it would help me pay for my parts, and help you with keeping your concept in the air, as both those heli's were great heli's and now the parts are becomming scarce...
