This a Apache li-poly smart charger model #1215. Will charge 2cell 7.2v lipos:

Can also charge 1 cell 3.7v, Includes alligator clips for 12v input, and charge lead for lipos. Indicates Red when charging Green when charge is complete. Used very little. $30 shipped, money order preferred. Thanks
