Question!!!???

Why you guy's using foam for the turtle deck and tail???
Why not only use former??!!!

with the foam its strong eough you can stand on it, helps with keeping the fuse straight as well.

Foam gives me the ability to shape the subtle curves in the rear fuse as in the Ta there is a gentle swoop upwards towards the end of the tail and you could never get that with corro. As well foam is lighter and you do not want a tail heavy plane hope this answers your question.

Sorry guys forgot to add these pics of the former layout. note that this is the first generation Ta the new one has the firewall 1/4 inch back from the front of the fuse as I now use a cowl instead of making it out of the corro. F2 goes at the leading edge of the wing cut out and F3 goes at the trailing edge of the wing cut out. And you slit the flutes in the rear of the fuse as well to get the rounded shape.
