Since I started selling their products in Canada, I have received several questions about the company 42 Percent Products. Since they are not very well know here in Canada, I figured it would be a good idea to post some info about the company and the founder.

Ken Anderson is the founder of 42 Percent Products. He is an Electrical Engineer with a background in Car Audio Electronics (That was his former career). He is an avid R/C Flyer, with his main interest in Giant Scale Airplanes (42% and larger - that's where the company name came from).

As Ken's interest grew in R/C, he found it difficult to find quality electronic R/C products. Also, he found it difficult to find products that could handle the demands of larger planes (considering the performance and safety required).

Ken decided to make his own products (using his Electrical Engineering background) for his friends and himself. That eventually lead to providing products to local clubs, and then to 42 Percent Products - a full blown company!

42 Percent Products is located in California and they design and manufacture all of their own products. All of the design work (including all of the micro code programming, etc) is done in house. They also manufacture everything in the USA. They have the unique situation where they own and operate all of their own equipment (Pick and Place machines, wave soldering machines, assembly lines, etc). They completely control the entire process.

Ken is a very nice guy with alot of R/C experience. I have spent hours talking with him about R/C. There is no doubt he knows his stuff when it comes to electronics and R/C.

42 Percent Products offers a complete lifetime warranty (including crash damage) on all of their products (Customers are responsible for warranty shipping costs).
