There is a thread on this one on RCG. It's apparently pretty good, especially for the $$$. Hobby City is pretty good, just don't order anything on backorder. It will be on backorder for months. I have found some of their electrical stuff to be marginal (like fake Deans connectors), but the reviews seem to be pretty honest and have the good and the bad.

Thanks!...i havn't been over on that site alot since, i sold all my electrics...but i'll go and check it out,for a smaller plane i like the looks of this one,and the scheme is sweet! I got a quote on shipping and it was $68.00 but with the price of the plane that's still cheap.


Looks like we'll have to make plans soon to fly again,i took a transfer to lethbridge and i'll be all settled in aprox 6 weeks from now. what's happenening this weekend?

Yeah I love the look of that airplane. It's too big for me to make it electric though and I'm not set up for the smaller glow stuff. I would have to get a starter and a battery for it. It already looks like I'm having a garage sale when I show up at the field with my electric and glow gear, so I don't need more junk! I may go for the smaller version if I don't give up on the small electrics all together.

Are you moving or are you going to be commuting? I hope that it works out for you. I got out to the field last Saturday and was expecting to see you there. It was a good morning until the wind picked up around noon. Man, it's been one windy summer.

I'm leaving for the Shuswap Saturday morning for three weeks of skiing and float flying, so you won't see me out there any time soon. Hopefully we can get out there some time this fall though.
