What indoor servos, is the preferred choice?
I am looking at a really light servo.
I am looking at the blue arrow. 3.6 g servo. I can get these a few places.
Or blue bird 303 which weigh in at 4.1g
Right now I have some dymond 4.7 don't know where to get these anymore.
and eflite s60, Looking for really something lighter.
The intended plane will weigh in under 5 oz flying some hovering and 3d

Dymond D47s are available from fancyfoam, Last year, i ordered lots of them, I am running them direct from a 2S lipo bypassing the BEC as the spektrum recvr can also be run on 2S lipo.
Other good servo is the spektrum DSP60 and are readily available, I am using them with the bottom case removed and JST connector.
I have not read much good about the Blue arrow servos.

I just tried the Blue Arrow 3.6g and thought it was quite good in torque and speed considering its tiny size. Lot less weight than using HS 55. Would like to try the newer
HS 45's from Hitec soon.

The other servo that I've had good luck with is the Futaba 3114. But they are heavier at 7.9 grams. I use the Dymond D47's on anything that I want to keep the weight down on. My DSP60's have lasted well but I don't think they center as well as the D47's or 3114's. I've also tried several of the Eflight S60 servos. Their quality is real hit and miss and if you do get a good one, they don't last long before they start getting real jittery. Steve

Tough little servos are the HXT 500s from Hobbyking. About a dozen on the go for a few yrs with no problems. $3.65 each. For a little more poop I use the HXT 900. Same price. The number is the weight. Also same 900 as a metal gear for $9.95 but weighs 14 grams. Great for helis where I have a habit of stripping gears.
