36 year old noob ..looking to practice on my Venom Cheapo Beacon ...anywhere to go indoors in the lower mainland ..Im living in richmond ..but anywhere would be fine ?

I live in Richmond too and I have no idea where to fly indoors,do we even have a club in the local area? There is other flying clubs in the lower mainland you can find them on the net.I don't belong to any because my flying time is catch as catch can or when I get the chance I'm in the back yard

As i know of, theres no indoor flying fields in BC, theres a field in delta called ridge flyers dedicated to helis. If you fly electrics then you should concider burnaby lake flyers.

Ridge field is not dedicated to Heli's. There is a bunch of guys that fly Plane. Most nights there is more airplanes then heli's there. The only thing is there is a long wait list to get into that club.

Lately the RCFCBC field closed down so some of the guys from there got permission i think to fly at the ridge. But all the times i've been there, there were 97% helis

OK I live in Richmond so not up on Surrey locations. Frys or fries or fryes corner in Surrey what club belongs to that location?

RCFCBC use to belong there intill they got the boot mid this year.

That sucks! We have a couple of circles out here they use for line control airplanes too bad it wasn't bigger so we could fly other stuff there too.
