Simcoe R/C Flying Club is hosting our annual club funfly on Saturday June 20, 2009.
Located at our field on the Demaree Sod Farm. 10:00am till 3:00pm.

Turn west off of Hwy24 onto Windham Rd 12 (Harmony Rd.) (at the Agraturf Dealer)
Travel 1/2 mile to the laneway on the north side. (911# 1567) Side entrance to Demaree Sod Farm. Follow the signs in! All types of aircraft are welcome! MAAC required.

We are celebrating our club's 30th anniversary!

Free lunch provided for pilots.
Pilot prizes!

Are you implying we are going to get rained out???:p When a club is holding a funfly you have to have only a positive attitude. No rain, low to no wind!!!!;)

All kidding aside. As of right now there isn't a rain date. But check here for the latest updates.

Yes not looking too good right now.
Positive thinking can only take you so far. I think all the farmers are out doing a rain dance and cancelling us out.
It was a beautiful evening tonight for flying though. Maybe the calm before the storm.
Anyway the club has decided to wait until tomorrow to decide on cancelling. I will post a message around 8:00am if it is cancelled.
