world class indoor race track facility Ontario

Hi I was wondering if this might interest any racers I have access two to building s both located in Ottawa Ontario the first building is two levels its 70wide x168 long the bottom floor has 14foot ceilings and the top level has 8 foot ceiling the second building I have access to is a 40x350ft green house with 8 foot ceilings so my question is would any body be interested in coming to race at an rc facility like one of these. I think I am going to call it RC heaven
I will make sure that this facility will happen. But I would like your commitment
Prices will be extremely reasonable and I plan to be around for a long time i have plans to do an off road track on the bottom and a onroad on the top I believe its time that Ontario should have a world class indoor facility maybe one day we will be able to hold large events who knows maybe an ifmar race also if all goes well I will see that there is a rc store there just designated for racers. So I thought I might just see what every body thinks about this. Its more than an idea for me it’s a dream in the making for 2009 and the years coming here is one of the buildings

i want every one to know that you dont have to be the best racer to come out. every one in the community of ottawa,s racers is glad to just see your presence. some of the best racers around and i have met with most of them. some have 20 plus years in the hobby with the on road and off road. and not one of them would refuse to help a new racer getting into the hobby

I got a link to this thread from my local racing forum (-------------). Great news for sure. Building looks awsome.

If the racing fees are reasonable and there is 1/10 electric off-road / on-road or 1/12th - I'd race for sure.

Having a store on site is key!

This is just what we need in the region... Looks like a great venue, hope this opens before winter hits us. Let`s just hope we can keep the politicians away, if we can do this I can almost guaranty it will be a success.

Great news.. Please keep your local racers in the loop over at www.------------- Its great to get the news out nationally but without local support these type of adventures wont go far... And from the looks of things... the news has spread and there are already 45 posts of intrest over at RCO and 300plus views on second hand info. :)
