My Steve!!!! I definitely remember you. you were one of my heroes. I remember you flying the Kalt Baron 20 inverted at Meadowland Elementary School in Pitt Meadows. You were so innovative, and mechanically inclined.
I would love to know what you have been doing all these years. Of course, I never gave up the hobby; and almost quit due to the mess MAAC got us into. BUT I did study and did pass the exam for my pilot certificate. email me at: tskca@hotmail.com

    Hi Ken
It is unlikely you remember me, from flying helicopters in the 1980ies. If memory serves, you worked as an elementary school teacher, on Dewdney Trunk Road in Pitt Medows.

I just joined this forum. My name is Steve Snoen, flew both fixed wing and helicopters at Fry's corner in Surrey. In the late 80ies I left the hobby. I am now retired and have the time and interest getting involved again, currently flying at Ridge Flyers field in North Delta.

I bought an Apprentice trainer plane, to pass MAAC Wings program, and over the last year have acquired several used helicopters: old Schluter Heli Boy, an original Hirobo Shuttle, two Shuttle Sceadu, two Thunder Tiger Raptor 30. I have flown some of them, however my flying skills are long gone, so it is like starting all over. I love every minute of it, very enjoyable.

Do you remember I sold a Hirobo Falcon 888, to you? (mid 1980ies, or so)

    Hoping to hear from you.

    Regards
    Steve Snoen
