Re: New to RC Cars, looking for information

Nice! I don't have a local indoor track. Closest one is easily an hour away. I have purchased a Losi 22B 2.0 and a Axial SCX10 since I picked up the Losi XXX-SCB. I also converted the XXX-SCB to an XXX-SCT because no one at the former local track ran SCB, everyone ran SCT.

Epoxy didn't work as well as I wanted. Can still drive it around but no bashing until new parts arrive.

Got the bars straightened out and have the shock mount setting in export (JB Weld).

Are those steering tie-rods aluminum? Could probably straighten them out enough to use until new arrive.
I plan to straighten out the rods, either aluminum or steel. I did some research and there is a stuff called JB Weld that apparently is pretty good. Might allow me to race around without bashing. More or less just need to hold the shock in place.
