Helis East Fun Fly - August 27-28 ? Hi Folks I am need your input and feedback. The Wings of Wellington club has agreed to be the sponsors for a 2 day Heli Fly In this summer. Dates tentatively are the 27th and 28th of August that puts us a week before labour day. Tentative site would be in the eastern part of the Valley (closer to Halifax and the flyers in Northern NS and NB) – maybe around Evangeline Beach/ Grand Pre dyke. Working title for the event is Helis East. We have a few private full size Heli Owners/ pilots in the area and I was thinking of inviting them and their full scale machines along as well. I would really like to hear what you think?? Cheers |

Re: Nova Scotia Heli Flyers? Heli Fun Fly As an FYI - the Wings of Wellington have stepped up as club sponsors of a 2 day Heli fun fly to be held in the Annapolis Valley in late August. We are scouting locations now. Stay tuned for more info and many thanks to the club for believing we can succeed. |

The Guys all Fly at the HEFA Club here in Metro.. http://www.halifaxelectricflyers.com/Forums/index.php I'm going to tri (Pun) and get to the Canada games meet, I also have a Mini-Titan (lots of Colin's old parts) and an Original Blade CP over 5 years old, and still flying...  but the most Fun is the Tri-Copter...Check out our build thread at HEFA..http://www.halifaxelectricflyers.com...hp?f=16&t=1489 I won't be at the April meet tho, I'm heading off to Florida till May.. I am building a heli contact list and database which is growing remarkably quickly - more folks around with these machines then most folks think. I am dann@xcountry.tv if you can send me an email or two to track down I have just finshed a X330 and will be picking up a receiver for it this week - can't wait to get it in the air and look forward to seeing the TRIs go. Otherwiise I am flying (trying) Trex 450s and 500s Are you coming down for the valley Gathering on April 9th? Can't wait to try out the canada games space - hoping to have the MCPx by then but the dates and stars are not aligning (not an Align pun) - Have you seen the new Align 100 3g? haven't got the 100 out yet and they are already playing catchup with eflite Cheers Jeremy |
