Re: what esc If you were flying a .40 in the telemaster you aren't likely to need more than a 60A. What size prop do you need to use? My 5s setup was turning 15x8 pattern prop and never exceeded the 60A and it was 5.5lbs. It had unlimited vertical and then some. Do you have a watt meter? If you're going to be flying electrics a watt meter is a must. It takes all the guess-work out of your setup. They're not very expensive at Hobby King. If I remember correctly, my 5s setup was just over 1100watts. Your Telemaster would never need that kind of power, I don't think. I'm thinking a 40A or 45A might be enough. |

Re: what esc I had a Telemaster set up with 5 cell lipos and 85 a speed controll . I was interested in this because I do not want to buy say for instace a 30 A 40A and so on . A few planes .Just converting to electric so trial and error Thanks for the reply Ken |

Re: what esc Nothing really. What kind of plane are you planning on using it in? You might not even need a 60A, depending on the type of airframe and flying you'll be doing. |

what esc Question motor equivalent to a 40 size fuel What is the difference if i use a 85A SBEC or a 60 amp . Other than weight Thanks |
