One good thing is that less and less people have been asking me what cone number they should be marshalling at. This is a positive step. and btw, your cone number changes after a resort so make sure to check the heat sheets if your unsure.

Overall I think that once people get used to it they should get the format down and it will lead to less time delays.

Me Jeff? Ya I'm here

I've been following along with everything... many interesting things, definitely ideas that I am going to look at and maybe even try a few of them out as well.

Willy definitely does a pretty good job helping out with the races! Don't hesitate to let him help you out, he's helped me at pretty much every race (as have you Jay in one way or another!)

I see a lot of interesting things said in here, too much to digest almost!, and there are definitely some very good points for both sides of the arguements. One thing that you and I both know Jay is that you can't make everyone happy all the time. Some times things just happen weither it is a simple misunderstanding or someone on a power trip thinking that they are the creator of it all... but in the end you have to do what you feel is best for your club! Personally I think that you guys do an amazing job! Why do you think that I always use Hardcore as a basis for comparisons???

I'm going to try to make it out Sunday for E-Buggy (sheared a front diff pinion so I'll steal it from the Nitro) and give you a hand as needed and hang out with everyone, but not sure if I will be able to make it or not yet... I really hope to though!

Aside from what was said above, what's up??
