Re: Gaston Boissonneault Passed Away I met him years ago when he attended one our funflys. I knew instantly when I met him I would like him. He seemed very enthusiastic about the hobby from indoor to giant scale and jets etc. Our hobby needs more people like him. |

Re: Gaston Boissonneault Passed Away Gaston was and is a huge part in my success in this hobby. I will miss the times spent at the field with him where on many occasions we would be the only 2 out flying. I can not thank him enough for helping me through some truly hard times over the past few years. Gaston was a driving force in our small community for all forms of RC. I am happy to say he was a good friend and sad to hear he has left us so soon. Cheers my friend.  Keith

Re: Gaston Boissonneault Passed Away Very sad day for the rc community. Gaston was one of the most generous and truly genuine people i have met since getting back into the hobby. If i showed up at his house with my kids and he was packing it in for the day, he would reassemble his plane, make the kids laugh, and go for a 5 minute flight just so they could watch him. If you were hungry, he'd fire up the bbq, if you needed anything, he would go out of his way to get it. Just an amazing person and im glad i had the opportunity to meet and spend the time i did with him. Bye Gaston, i know you will be watching over all of us down here. |
