Re: If Hobby King had a distributor in Canada would you use them A very interesting thread. I think I follow prices pretty closely between China retail and LHS retail here in the Lower Mainland. Right now, I can think of at three shops that are retailing pretty close to Miracle Mart's prices at least for TRex parts. If someone were to set up shop here, the pencil is going to have to be pretty sharp. There is already one LHS in the Lower Mainland that has a large web site aimed at the U.S. market. He is very good to his U.S. customers, except that he charges a fortune for freight. He is actually below Miracle Mart on some TRex parts. If you walk in off the street and attempt to pay the converted Canadian dollar price (Bank of Canada rate), he jumps the price considerably. I would not be too surprised if he gets a not so nice visit from the provincial Consumer Affairs branch regarding the law that says the advertised price is the sale price. |

Re: If Hobby King had a distributor in Canada would you use them I think it's a dead issue as far as I'm concerned I'm just going to keep it local and keep it low key maybe even use my LHS to sell for me with the improvements I have in mind. He's a good guy and will likely go for it. Thanks again to all those that have been there |

Re: If Hobby King had a distributor in Canada would you use them I for one think EMS shipping from HK is Faster than anything I have ever ordered from Canada or the Us for that matter except rotorquest I think he is superhuman and delivers it himself I have ordered 8-10 times from HK with great success and to be honest unless your prices are very equal to what HK's prices are with shipping I would continue to just use HK yes sad but true |

Re: If Hobby King had a distributor in Canada would you use them Pretty much being done already, although I would assume these guys are buying from Hobbyking based on the prices. If you were a distributer and had the same prices or very close great. http://www.adrenalinerc.com/ |
