Re: What are you building, rebuilding or getting ready for Spring I believe it is made by Topsky for .. uh Hobbyking composite/CF vacuum bagged wings and tail, CF and FG fuse Just got it, but I see it is no longer listed at HK now. I got the last one. Around $350 for the ARF I did the maiden attempt - but my tail fell off where I epoxied it. No damage. |

Re: What are you building, rebuilding or getting ready for Spring Rebuilding a GP F15 that was purchased partially built?. Removed wing sheeting and leading edge.Replaced both. Made new stabs and elevators. New rudders. Took sheeting off fuse. Made up parts that were missing. Wing now fits fuse. Started covering tail surfaces. Hope to have it done by spring. Nice to be and builder and be able to take someone elses mess and fix it. This is not a gripe. Happy building. Tom |

Re: What are you building, rebuilding or getting ready for Spring Santa brought me an Arthobby Sky-EC 1.7m for sport thermaling and hopefully occasional slope. It's getting four DS-09 SCD in the wing for full-house control, 11x8 on 950kV ART-1200 motor with 3s, going to try to keep AUW under 600 grams. Two center panels will be permanently joined, two outer panels and h-stab removable. Will also build a hardwood road/flight case that the airlines will not call oversize. Length+width+height<153cm is do-able with this ship, but not its larger cousins. Merry Christmas to everybody! |

FabFlight | I've ordered the Osprey in september, from SoaringUsa. Back then CAD was at 0,91. Customs will charge the Canadian taxes, no big deal. The process is simple. |
