Re: Second opinion before I buy Not completely, but it is set on 4x4 and mostly set on nitro. The Revo on here sold, I'm not sure about going through with the Savage deal do I'm still open to suggestions. |

Re: Second opinion before I buy Thanks. I also read around that the .46 in that package isn't as stable or reliable as the original engine, so maybe I should hold off on that. Spending almost my entire budget on that truck when a new one without the "truckzilla" package is the same price. I'll see if I can work out a deal for the Revo here first, that at least leaves me some budget if something else is wrong with it. |

Re: Second opinion before I buy I personally think that package is overpriced at $400. I just don't see the value here but the Kijiji crowds are a different breed usually expecting top dollar for their used RC goods. I don't care if they're only '10 runs' on it, I would value this package at no more than $300 tops. The pics are a bit low res but the cooling head looks pretty scuffed to me for only 10 runs. Sorry, if that's not what you were looking to hear, just my opinion so take it for what it's worth. I know you're inquiring about a Revo and depending on what 'TLC' it needs, it might be a better buy. In any case I think you might find better packaged deals in the forums. Not saying you can't on Kijiji you just have to weed through all the over-stated stuff first. Good luck. Ray |

Second opinion before I buy Looking to get back in the hobby by buying used after 10 years out, to get more bang for my buck.
