Re: What did you get for Christmas? I used to live on the island Jason so I remember how much it likes to rain over there that's also why the trees were so big there too. Izaak you have a lot of rc years ahead of you and you will get all the helis you are after but a 450 is very handy size and if set up right will fly as good as the big ones when there is no wind. Besides at 13 your eyesight is good and coordination is only getting better so now is the time to get the hang of a 450 size heli plus there is so much you can do with that size at a fraction of the cost of the bigger stuff . |

Re: What did you get for Christmas? I have two that work right now, one that is waiting for parts and another that is waiting for me to finish making it. True the rush of flying is the lure, for me it's sport flying and when I can execute smooth turns, landings and climbs then I'm having a good day. Realism is what I'm always after in my hobbies. |
