Re: Lipo R/X Batteries

I have a UBEC in there, I would never just hook up a 3s lipo to the receiver .

So I would have a decent amount of time from an 800mah pack enough for at least 1/2hr or more of run time?

Re: Lipo R/X Batteries

You need to use a UBEC battery eliminator device, you cannot connect 12 volts direct to your receiver. Anyway, it is still 800 mah same as a NiCad pack, maybe a touch longer.

Lipo R/X Batteries

I have some 800mah packs from my helis that I would like to use as rx packs in the boat.

My question is how long would I expect to get out of an 800mah 3s pack as the rx batteries.

Using a spectrum receiver and 2 HD Servos (steering/throttle)

Thanks
