Re: Rotomotor 50V2 info wanted Yes that is very true they are heavy but incredibly well built. I know when everyone walked right past my dle to see my roto 35 because it is a gergous motor. They are more a kin to a nice looking zenoah. Heaver but will run forever. If all you want is max power then the roto is not the motor you want. I did not know the application if this is for an aerobatic plane then no the roto is not for you. I know that the dle30s are great little motors. S bit noisy and tempermental but once there set there good. Amr carries them as well. |

Re: Rotomotor 50V2 info wanted 35V is one heavy motor. I just notice the 1600g weight and no mention of the muffler. That is 500g or more than a pound over the DLE30. WOW even complete DLE55 is 70g lighter and it swings 23x8 no problem. No info on prop size required or the associated equipment. Suddenly I’m not so interested. |

Re: Rotomotor 50V2 info wanted I have not run mine yet. Mine is the 35 4 stroke s power is down a bit for better sound. I am not sure about the 30s power but i can tell you the quality of the engine is far better than a dle. I would buy one of those over a dle 30 anyday. |

Re: Rotomotor 50V2 info wanted How is your Roto 35 compared to DLE 30? What prop are you swinging? Starting, transition and all the other good staff. What's up with the vid link? |

Re: Rotomotor 50V2 info wanted http://amr-rc.com/index.php?path=con...=326&langue=en AMR Carries it right here in Canada and will give you the best support you can find. Not to mention cheaper shipping and NO duty!!! I have not tried this motor yet but have a 35 that is georgous. I have spken with Michel (owner of AMR) about these motors and they all have preformed great so far. Here is a good video of its power.... I would suggest calling or emailing AMR and talking with Michel or Dany. They will take care of you! |
