hey guys;

just chiming in, doug man i feel for ya, (and dont stress they'll give you your licence back) i havent had much time on my hands for hobbies both my boats are upstairs (along with bajas) collecting dust, i've been pulling 10 hour days at TRI (toronto rehab) downtown to finish the build but its coming to its end in dec.

that boat looks sweet ! you did a really nice job!

found another hobby to fill in the void - its a lot less mechanical and a little cheeper - airplanes - with my limited time at least im able to make it out to my local park for a couple hours once a while and have a little fun. its not like boats or bajas but its clean quiet and hits the spot (when it doesnt hit the ground, that is, lol).

so i hope to see you guys soon once this bloody downtown job is finished, and catch up on old times.

imported_VIPER Ouch! I hope your doing better... Your boat looks amazing. The build is very clean and the paint job is just awesomely original! Have you had it in the water yet? I'll bet easy 60 PH as is with those RCMK's. Everyone seems to be saying so. If none of your engines is counter-rotating and you have not picked a prop yet you can try 2 - RMB703 3B from WHH. They are cheap at $18 US shipped reliable props to try and go from there.

As for me, I'm done with my 64F and got it to a scale speed of 40 MPH and happy with it at 34 Lbs wet. However, I just recently transplanted a 2 - 29 CC Dominator heads from Les Smith of Performance Unlimited. My target speed with this build had always been 50 MPH but was not sure if I could reach it due to the unknown gearbox factor. Without the splitter gearbox I could easily pass 50 MPH with the original V3 M6 Twinline from WHH but the overdrive transmission was holding it dowm hence why I moved to the Domintor heads. I have only ran a single 29 head this past Wednesday and it looked very promising at 30 MPH. I will post a vid of the new engine set up when my new engine coupler comes in.

Take for now and I hope to see you sooner than later.

True enough
but after the 26 cc case mills is the 35 cc and double price per engine and at around 1500 per motor not in my budget and size isnt much larger but 70 cc total would be sweet .
Jun give me a call and ill get that sorted out for you .
