Most have already covered it above, here is my trouble shooting list for this problem:
  • Plugged into the wrong channel
  • Throttle stick not all the way down
  • Throttle trim needs to be lowered
  • Throttle channel needs to be reversed- ** If you do this, the above 2 also need to be rechecked**
It is a 3s plane with a 5.25 inch prop. You are looking around 150 - 160 watts. Would not want to stick my fingers in it.

I see enough threads with cut arms, hands and legs.

Re: Bixler motor problem

Have you tried reversing the throttle channel?
Is the speed control plugged in to the correct channel?

You should hear some beeps from the motor as the speed controls arms itself, but you have to have the throttle set to low first.

have throttle at the bottom of the travel. Sounds like the ESC is not arming

Bixler motor problem

I'm new to RC and this forum but just put together my new Bixler RTF and everything works except the motor. I've bound the receiver to transmitter but still no motor. Sometimes when I plug in the battery, the prop jerks. Also I'm getting a lot of different beeping and noises. Anyone have ideas?
