Re: Battery order fom HK Been waiting 3 months so far. Have been in touch with customer service with no success. PP hasn't been any help either. Guess all I can do is wait... Good to see that some orders are finally arriving. There is hope I guess. Might be here for next years flying season. |

Re: Battery order fom HK For me it was over 4 months. 2 months since they said they would investigate it and I still had no package so I emailed them and called them a bunch of f'n pricks and 2 days after that I got my money back as a credit... 12 days later (today) I come home and there's a box stuffed in my mail box...checked the tracking number and it didn't match anything I was expecting so I opened it and there was my order from over 4 months ago. I was issued a new number and no one knew it. I already spent the credit. |

However, as a compensation for not receiving your order xxxxxxxxxx, we would like you to choose one of the following options below. wow, It's about time. paypal, btw "airborne" is well aware of this nightmare of a situation with this company. We are but a fraction of what I am hearing about. When paypal gets hundreds of disputes/claims, they can't turn a blind eye, as hk has competition that will complain. So after almost 90 days, I have an offer for a refund. We will see how this goes. |

Re: Battery order fom HK Just an update on my USA HK order. I cancelled the original because it wouldn't have shipped in time and they had no idea the status of it. I re-ordered it from their USA West warehouse (everything was in-stock there) and it arrived in Wisconsin within a week. It looks like opening their new USA East location must have caused some issues with shipments but I'm content with this shipping time. I'll post conditions of it when my friend brings it to me. |
