Re: Banggood It's a mixed bag. I order from them monthly (usually stuff that interest me but I don't really need  ). One issue where I received the wrong thing which was resolved fairly quickly. Be careful and read the details carefully. Some things have no manuals or they are only in Chinese. I check reviews on the site and take them with a grain of salt before I order.

Re: Banggood i have been dealing with them for aprx 2 years now atleast 40 orders some come in 2 weeks, some in 3 and some in 4 its hit and miss BUT very happy with my stuff i have bought, had a issue once/twice was always taken care of and made me happy. They reply back very fast if not same day nothing but awesome things to say |

Re: Banggood I have over 20+ orders with banggood. I always received what I ordered and shipping was 2-3 weeks waiting time. Around Xmas and 2 months after shipping was 45-50 days but that's to be expected. So far nothing I ordered has failed and they are cheaper then gearbest and dx.com. I have ordered lipo's from them and they work ok as well, even li-ion cells for laptop batt replacement. |

Re: Banggood I've ordered from them and was generally pleased but shipping takes a long time. Also, I ordered one dashcam from them and got it with all the accessories and it worked great. So I placed another order for 3 more for other vehicles and when they finally got here, all 3 were missing the suction cup mount for putting them on the windshield. When I contacted Banggood to inform them of this they asked me to send pictures of the items I did not receive.  Granted, there was probably something lost in the translation but seriously, even if I sent them pics of the items I DID receive, how would that help me prove what was NOT received?I just gave up on it and ordered some generic suction cup mounts from Hobbyking for way less than the cost of the aggravation of dealing with Banggood. I will order from them again, but nothing expensive or critical. |

Re: Banggood They sent me a wrong product once and connected me to the "seller". A third party. I was able to do an exchange but got stuck with the return shipping and it took months. |

Re: Banggood Just like any chinese seller with free shipping you need to order in advance of needing it and be patient unless you go with paid express shipping.] Edit: I always check aliexpress first. Most cases it's cheaper, and the buyer protection system is far superior. |

Re: Banggood I've had good luck with them. As long as your not in a hurry. 3-5 weeks usually for an order but my items were packed good and no damage so I was happy. And they do respond to customer service emails in a day or so. |

Re: Banggood Mileage may vary... a buddy just got something that took 35 days and had some incorrect stuff in the package. They did make amends and sent him out the right parts, but he did have to wait for the fix. I've ordered from them and got what I wanted... but wasn't in a hurry.
