You did offer free shipping unfortunately for me it didn’t figure into the equation.

To the rest of you who think I have a bone to pick with them quit acting like the south end of a horse heading north. My one and only purchase from them were some props where I paid cash and got the product. It surprised me that this was no longer an option and I posted it as such. One other member locally stated he had a similar experience. Next time I know mail order only. Those of you who don’t like my post you can kiss the south end of this man heading north but only if you ask nicely. Have a nice day all.

Hi

I remember 30 yrs ago , when we only had magazines , to look at something that was new , and the post office was a hec of a lot faster , . I don,t do on line banking , and the last purchase I made , I felt like I was second class . I like to keep thing at the pace I choose . Life is way TOOOO SHORT , waiting ,...................... makes life longer

In all fairness Dennis, it is also the owner(s) of Thunderbolt RC to run their business as they choose, and if they do not want walk in sales then respect that - if its not to your liking, go somewhere else.

Unless I have outright poor service from a shop, I feel it uneccessary to "question" their business practices. They must have some reason for this, and what ever that might be is their right to do so.

For the record, although I have only 4 or 5 dealings with Thunderbolt, I have always found them to ship immediately, email me right away and also when I placed an order in error, they explained when I did wrong and sent me the correct parts.
