Re: canopy shades where to buy? I have a "Costco" Caravan 10 x 10 heavy duty canopy for sale. Comes with 3 sides and stakes. I need 140.00 for it. It is in excellent condition. No holes and comes with a wheeled carrying bag. Re: canopy shades where to buy? I have used Impact Canopy's (in Vaughan) and Easy Up - these brands have been fantastic but can be expensive. You definitely get what you pay for. One great thing about the high end canopies is individual parts and repair kits are available. On the flip side I have a Walmart brand tent that I got on sale for $30 (reg $110) at the end of season, at that price I can just buy a new one every year! |

Re: canopy shades where to buy? My wife got me one some years ago after going to every owner of a canopy at the MidAm Electric Fly. She said every one recommended an EZ Up. Those with other brands said they would go with EZ Up if they were doing it again. Now, back then (2008?), the Canadian distributor wanted about 50% more than the US price, so she had it shipped to a US friend and we picked it up that summer. I don't know if that is still the case. Nor do I know about the Costco models. If I were doing it again, I'd still go EZ Up. You can get a heavy duty frame too, 1/4" bigger - 1 1/4" square tube as opposed to 1" regularly. (or maybe it's 1 1/2 rather than 1 1/4). YMMV Martin |
