Yeah.. its so simple over there, and they use the Bump Down method.

FaceDeAce Just click on this and go have a look at what risk there is in splitting everything too granular. What a friggin mess.

We will all be better served by improving the form used for posting.

If you were to do anything that would help browse ads quicker, be sure the important points of the ad, price, type, shipping or not, are in the first line. Then when you hover the cursor over the link you see it in the pop up.

Or make the pop up show more text.

excelsiuss has it solved. let's just get that implemented.
Thank you FaceDeAce. It would be so simple to do. I really don't know why it hasn't been done already.

Personally I enjoy looking at all models for sale from time to time even when I'm not buying. Good pass time with a drink in hand or a cup of tea.

Ooops, gotta go, indoor flying tonight.

Bill
Bill it's a bit frustrating sometimes when you see a plane that has a reasonable price and appearance, just to find out it's a foam plane when it's a balsa or composite plane that you really want. As I have mentioned before, sometimes the seller will not post if it is a foam plane and then you have to send a PM and wait and wait, just to find out it is foamy. Hats off to the manufacturers that create these greatly detailed replicas in foam, but I'm not looking for foam and weather it is foam or something else, it should in some way be mentioned. We have a tag that must be selected to say if it is Gas or Electric, why can we not have a tag that says if it foam or Balsa/composite in the header.

Thanks

I vote to separate them. Many times I'm not sure if it's foam.

Time to separate Foamies from Balsa/composite?

Imho keep it all together. I am like the guy who browses over a coffe / tea. I enjoy the variety and often find interest in some stuff I would not go looking for otherwise would not see.

You want you see what a mess a site can become if everything is split when these granular ideas are left unchained or loose reined? Just go over to RCGroups and try to find anything or just to browse/surf. What a friggin mess!

If an improvement here is needed, it is to get the quality of advs improved. As a community, if you see a crappy ad, contact the poster or reply in the post thread with suggested revisions. Do not comment on their price or terms etc. That is up to them as seller. However do certainly comment on quality of description etc. It is up to each of you and me to up the collective bar.

So if you read this, take it forward. If you see a crappy adv take action to help get it better. If you just pass on, you are just as much of the problem by propagate and perpetuate it. Same goes that if you put out a crappy adv header or description, expect someone to call you out on it and when they do, be thankful and own up to fix it or take it down.

For your consideration.
