Yup maidened the Yak 55 today.

WOW what a plane. Floats very well. Knife edge with torque side up is rudder free. Smooth well behaved plane. Flat spins stay in a nice tight circle. Excellent stall turns. Hovering?? Simple Simple Simple. Powers through loops effortlessly. Inverted lfight is sweet.

DA 120..RE2's..Biela 28/10 hit 6610 after the second flight. What an extremely strong combo, quiet. Second flight I pulled staright up after take off and it just accelerates outta sight.

Never had a plane with power to weight like this one.

Need to get out again and work on getting the throws setup a bit better.

Flys like a Yak,only better!!
