Well, I was going to ask santa for a Radikal gasser for xmas, and with that sale with the free motor, makes it really hard to wait till then. However, the thought of my wife cutting certain body parts off me keeps me in check from blowing a few bills on a new heli at the moment. LOL

Re: Whoohooo I am now a fully addicted heli pilot in training....

Winter flying is not to appealing to me at all and probably not to easy on my lipos either!

I live 3 minutes from our field as well an i have probably got more flying in this season then most people!

Winter is when i go on hardcore simming mode and will research and decide on building a new heli!!

My idea of winter flying would be a nice trip to somewhere warm.

Cheers Keith

Park them for the winter? Are you insane? Wait till the winds calm down mid/end of Nov. into Dec and fly in the winter. We do out here in NW Ontario, just not when it's 30 below....

Well the weather looks to be sunny..but wind out of the west at 20 clicks, so it should make interesting landing and take offs at the aeromodlers field...

Once you master forward flight and circuits this hobbies addiction level really really kicks up!

Almost the end of my second season an i am fully confident next summer i will be able to pull of dam near all the 3d moves i only dreamed of a year ago!!

Almost time to park the heli for the winter and start simming alot more, like i dont do that enuff already eh Mike?

Time to start thinking about a winter build project as well, goblin 630 seems to be the heli im leaning towards more an more everyday.

Maybe the 500 goblin will make its way into my hanger over the 630 only time will tell.

Cheers Keith
