This is all stock Trex 450 V2 running gear,,430 XL 3700 kv motor....75-80% throttle curve, 12% max pitch....I have not flown it yet, but I feel confident it will be a good starting setup,,I'm sure the extra gear swinging around with have some effect on tail authority, doubt it will be an issue,,,cheers

Thank you Pete,,,,I did paint the tail blades,,,it was a PITA and struggled to get them looking ok,,,,,Screening on the window openings makes a nice difference for very cheap!..cheers

Re: 450 Agusta 109

It was a LED from a HK Lumify kit, hooked up through a Eflight light controller,,,,,,,It should not been over powered- I'm still scratching my head why it would of burnt out, the two kits have compatible voltage ranges for input, possibly they were not compatible in the out put side, that is why it was very bright,,,,,not sure yet,,,we will rebuild cheers

Re: 450 Agusta 109

Are you running the LED at pack or system voltage? If so, that is the problem. I think the optimum voltage is 3.7v or something around there. Nice that they replaced the servos.

Update,,,,just waiting for the right timing to paint the horizontal stabs and scale blades (defiantly not easy painting at this time of the year)

A little plug here for the Hitec/Multiplex people in California,,,,I received 3 brand new servo replacements, with no questions asked and they paid the shipping back to me,,,One of the nice benefits from buying RC stuff in North America,,,,,,

While spending a bunch of time setting up the mechanics, my fancy bright search light got slowly dimmer, and burnt out....AAARRGG!....HK LED,,LOL
