Hi Guys,

If you have any questions about Eze-Kote I'll be happy to answer them. Not only did we do a demo of the product @ Toledo last year (& sold out I might add) but since then I've used it on a foam 1/8 scale Typhoon, foam floats on my Arado, my built up balsa 1/6 Fairey Firefly and on carbon fibre veil too! Its VERY nice stuff to work with!

I remember this stuff , and I,ve seen that video before ,........................ Yep I,m definitely going to try it on mt TopFlite Spit-Fire 60 , which will be glass coated .

Correct, for some reason I thought it was like the stuff that Solafilm sell and water based. I still have some of that somewhere but it's gone bad by now.

Solartex & Worldtex are identical products. Solartex is the UK brand name and Worldtex is what Horrizon Hobbies calls in over here.

Also the Deluxe product mensioned earlier is Eze-Kote. Its a wonderful water based product that does the same job as epoxy for glass coverings. Very easy to sand and work with. No waste as any unused product can go back into the bottle.

Since we are on the subject of Worldtex, I am looking for Solartex and I think I read somewhere that Solartex and Worldtex were exactly the same thing, just rebranded for some reason. Anyone know for sure if that's true or not.
