Re: Buying a KK 02

Just thought I'd update. My hk board arrived DOA. For the first time in 50 orders I got a bad product. I can't really recommend this board to anyone.

I'm hoping hk will give me a refund but I'm not holding my breath. In the meantime I just bought a multiwii pro from a guy on rcg so hopefully it will get me flying

There are a few differences with the pezio gyros, but if you are not doing wild things like flips and wait for them to stabilize temperature they should work fine.

Re: Buying a KK 02

I ordered this one from hobbyking for my quad. Has good reviews and is basically a kk clone. It has good reviews on some of the other forums.

I figure for $15 I'll give it a shot.

Re: Buying a KK 02

I found the KK to be very stable keeping it level except it would go up and down in altitude a fair bit on a quad. I have not tried out the MulitWii yet. The gyros and accelerometers are pretty much the same stuff as KK so they should work good for stability.

The MultiWii can be programmed with PC by uploading firmware using Arduino. Also there is a PC program for doing some fine tuning.

am working on MultiWii
Im new to multi rotor... This card is stable on heli? I do not want one of those quadri unstable and not fun to pilot! I own a blade mqx and nano relly a blast to fly in and outside, i want something stable like that but in 450 size and not a brand name like blade...

They are back ordered on KK but they have MultiWii:

I tried KK a bit but am working on MultiWii now since it has barometer and compass. I will use my KK for fixed wing using OpenAero.
