Re: How to launch DLG in Real Flight G5 mark, like I said there is nothing wrong with the way it works, I played with it once for a couple of days. I have both the Phoenix and G5 I like the looks of Phoenix better but I must admit I am using G5 more and more, there are many useful features built in like the DLG launch, it is easy to modify planes and tweak them to your liking. For example I took Easy Star model, gave it ailerons, adjusted all the specs including the weight added cockpit camera for FPV and it flies just like mine does. There are tons of adjustable custom planes to choose from. There is a huge support base on their website of guys that play with this and are willing to help, so I am more and more leaning to G5 as the time goes. Dan |

Re: How to launch DLG in Real Flight G5 Glad you figured it out Dan. I'm still happy with FS1 and what I've read the physics are just as good. You're right though, I wish there were more planes. I've been thinking about upgrading to g5 but from what I've read the physics are not better and it's just more planes and better eye candy. |

Re: How to launch DLG in Real Flight G5 I found the answer on their forum, in 5.5 the lauch options are in editing each airplane, there are 5 options, one is DLG, bungee launch... totally cool and very realistic launch, saves my arm!!! Dan |

Actually there is nothing wrong with FS1 as a sim , they just failed to provide more airplanes and I think just abandoned the thing all together now, typical Horizon Hobby!!  Dan |
