or use a sling for CG I have a couple of the thin Starfrit scales, one for over ten years, have to buy a battery at the dollar store every three years or so...  I saw and read this post the other night. Thought I would reply and say that they were a good deal, then got pulled away before I had a chance to post. Fast forward a few hours, and I HAD to weigh something on my scale that I bought from there a couple years ago. I go to use it and it was locked in the 'kg' mode. It would not change units, or zero itself out. Replaced the battery and the same stuff happening. So I threw and banged it around a bit and still no luck. It honestly worked fine Friday night. So thanks again for posting this as I had a chance to spend more money today.....

Re: digital scale on sale at Canadian Tire Wonder how the weight scale method works with a rearward retracting nose gear setup as the COf G is usually done with gear up. When the gear are dropped , the cg moves foreword slightly ,which is fine. |
