Re: Tofield Fun Fly 2016 A big thank you to all the pilots that made it out to our fun fly. At the end of the day it is the pilots that make an event fun and we have a great group! Till next year The propeller is just a big fan in the front of the plane to keep the pilot cool. Want proof? Make it stop; then watch the pilot break out into a sweat. Bob W |

Re: Tofield Fun Fly 2016 Like most of the other guys that have just recently posted I have to say the same I enjoyed myself greatly and appreciate being able to come out to a well organized event and to fly off pavement is always great too. Was unfortunate to have turbine problems but such is life and hope to get it resolved shortly. Anyways cant wait for the next event and will see a bunch of you at the next float fly!! Steven |

Re: Tofield Fun Fly 2016 I'm back home all unloaded and resting up for the normal scheduled work events... Thanks again to all the organizers (you know who you are) and the great hospitality. Also thanks for letting us a bit loose to just forget about all the things we need to do on a daily basis and enjoying what life is able to bring us as we are so lucky. I really enjoyed meeting a couple more great pilots, especially the ones that scare themselves! Reminds me of me... And to see all the regulars and the supporting wives that bring much of the laughter in to the camping area. I hope to see everyone again this year at another event, happy flying! |

Re: Tofield Fun Fly 2016 Hi back in town and unloaded and just kicking back before work again for tomorrow. Yes would like to agree with Jonathan that I had a great time. Thanks to all for lending muscle power with the A-10 in and out of the trailer. Special shout out to you Pete and David and Gary. Thanks to Bob, Wayne and Bruce for putting on a usual fine place to fly and great company to fly with.
